"The Crystal," by Sulamith Wulfing.

Note that in traditional Western symbolism, the icosahedron is identified with the classical element of water, which in turn is identified with—among other things—the womb, and the reproductive system generally. Thus, the child in the icosahedron is, I don't know, some sort of child-archetype or something. I would be interested in knowing more about this piece. It is open to a pretty wide range of interpretation. It is also hexagonal.

For everything you ever wanted to know about Sacred Geometry and its symbology, and frequency, and impact on YOU, check out the works of Drunvalo Melchizedek and/or Freddy Silva.

This subject deserves a more full treatment than I can or should give it here, anon. I don't know anything about Silva, so I'll refrain from commenting until I learn more about him. I have absolutely no such reservations about Drunvalo though—he is a fraud and a charlatan, and, looking over his material now for the first time in several years, I would honestly go so far as to call him a cult leader at this point. Which is not something I would've said when I first encountered his work—when he struck me as more of a well-intentioned flake than anything else. But as his whole operation has become more transparently profit-driven it is hard to see him as anything but an intentional fraud at this point. His flower of life books are preposterous on their face, riddled with unsourced and patently false assertions, and his workshops, etc., are crassly commercial and, again, seem more and more overtly cult-like. Given the sheer volume of effusive praise for his system I do not at all discount the possibility—indeed, the likelihood—that there is some sort of nucleus of legitimate spiritual and geometrical truth to his work. But he wraps it in such an absurd narrative, and is so transparently profit-oriented, I have a hard time seeing any value in it as an overall package. Everyone has to make a living, and I have no objection to "spiritual" teachers monetizing their own personal work given the nature of our present economy, etc. But Drunvalo's operation is a closed off, controlled, top-down, cult-like pyramid scheme that goes well beyond the bounds of financial sufficiency and good taste. Whatever nucleus of value his work may hold seems more than offset by the sheer sketchiness of its presentation, and it is something of an enduring mystery to me why so many of his adherents seem almost willfully oblivious to this.

I've put off addressing this issue for years largely because I don't want to come off as overly negative, nor do I want to alienate a demographic that, quite frankly, represents a pretty significant core of my "fan base" such as it is. I have managed to keep the tone of this site fairly positive—or at least not particularly negative—largely because the subject matter is pretty well insulated from the areas of human affairs that tend to drive me to negativity—politics, etc. But, again, this is obviously an important issue, and despite my hopes at one point that Drunvalo's particular brand of bullshit would blow over after a few years, this hasn't happened yet, and I will, at some point, have to confront it. This, again, is not the time or the place to do so—I just want to respectfully note, for the record, that I think Drunvalo is completely full of shit, I do not endorse his theories or his business practices, and I certainly don't want anyone first encountering his work through my own to be under the impression that I hold him or his work in any sort of esteem whatsoever.

Other than that I have no strong feelings on the matter.

Well stated. Truth is suppose to make the Peace fit together. Not completely make it into something you need a seminar along with your book and a $200 course fee. Truth is free and man has made it a gross injustice. Truth has a weigh of always coming up in the balance of lice, love. Peace Or life and love. Whatever your automobile correct wishes to say.
